We work to an agreed fee, either on a day or assignment basis. If you require additional support from us or our preferred associates, those charges are agreed with you prior to implementation.

Your business needs us to be professional, open, honest and ethical. We will be honest and open in all that we deliver for you. We want you to have access to the best person for the role. Business is a serious issue to us and all our associates.

We often work on a retainer basis for at least 6 months after we complete the main project intervention. This way we can establish a monitor and review cycle that helps monitor results and ongoing strategy to ensure continued benefit for the business. The review is often performed by another associate who acts as an independent quality controller to evaluate the real impact of our interventions.
